An installation that shows the process of communication between two people, which was created at the Kvadrat Youth Center and presented at an exhibition in November, 2019.

Set up
Two people stand in front of kinect, which controls their motion. The silhouettes are projected on the wall in real time.

The closer the people are, the brighter their silhouettes become, and letters, which symbolize communication, appear.

Creation
The installation was created in TouchDesigner with the motion sensor Microsoft Kinect 2.0.
The main part of this patch is responsible for the interactions between the heads and hands of two people. The 'logic' operator compares values from the distance between different parts of bodies and sends them to the operator 'ramp', which colors the silhouettes from grey to yellow and red.
Another important part of the project are randomly generated letters, dependent on dynamic noise.
